• Terminating federal DEI programs: Executive order 14151 Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing resulting in termination of DEI offices, positions, and programs within federal agencies.

• Removing DEI from federal communications: U.S. Department of Education have removed DEI-related content from websites and communications, to eliminate harmful DEI initiatives.

• Reorienting federal employment based on Merit: Directive to shift federal hiring and promotions to be based solely on merit and individual performance, rather than DEI-related factors.

• Terminating DEI-related contracts: Termination of DEI-related contracts and grants.

• Addressing DEI in the private sector: Executive orders targeting DEI programs in the private sector for federal contractors, by encouraging companies to end internal DEI efforts that are not required by law.
